Grayson Caldwell is the Senior Sustainability Manager at Bellwether Coffee. With over 10 years of experience working in sustainable development and a Masters in Public Administration in Development Practice from Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs, Caldwell has dedicated her career to improving livelihoods. Grayson leads sustainability research and pushes the boundaries of what it means to source coffee sustainably for our Green Coffee Marketplace through initiatives like Farmer Impact Fund, Living Income Pricing, and her work as the SCA USA Environmental Sustainability Coordinator.
