As President of Enrollment Management Services, Greg is responsible for leading EducationDynamics’ expansion efforts into not-for-profit education markets. He also heads the development of new product enrollment management services while leading contact center services and operations.
With over 20 years of experience in general management, business development, product development, and marketing in the education industry, Greg has had roles with Cengage Learning and Thomson Reuters. He was Vice President and General Manager of Cengage Learning’s Professional division, where he had full P&L responsibility and headed all functions of a 46-member team.
Greg has experience in individual roles of sales, sales management, and product development in education markets. He served on numerous product development committees and executive management councils during his tenure at Thomson Reuters and Cengage Learning. Greg has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Memphis in Political Science & Economics and has completed Advanced Leadership training programs at Thomson Reuters and Cengage Learning.

More colleges are opting to reengage stopped-out students for their high conversion rates and desire to finish their education.
As savvy, digital native students gain more data on college prospects, their preferences are starting to mirror adult populations.
“We do not see Gen Z or Gen Alpha as being any different in their preferences of the adult learners that we have been studying for the last 10 or 12 years,” he said. “The things that they’re looking for are fundamentally the same.”
“They’re looking at the cost piece, speed and flexibility,” he says. “Learners are looking for fast ways to upskill themselves and credential themselves short of a degree. That’s why we’ve seen the rise of certificates and we’ve seen the rise of these micro credentials and you’ve seen a lot of boot camps kind of spawn to kind of address that audience.”
