Gwen Gollmer was named Executive Director, Total Rewards, for Ally Financial in March 2022, after serving as Executive Director, Benefits, since October 2016. In her current role, Gollmer is responsible for leading the team that designs and develops benefit plans and programs that contribute to Ally’s overall employee value proposition with a relentless focus on the distinct physical, financial, emotional, and social needs of our diverse workforce and their families. In conjunction with compensation programs, our Total Rewards offerings demonstrate our commitment to building a work environment where employees can grow and feel supported personally and professionally.
Gollmer joined Ally in 2005 and has more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources, mostly focused on design, development and administration of employee benefits.
Gollmer earned a Bachelor of Science – Mathematics degree from Drexel University in her hometown of Philadelphia PA. Gollmer relocated to the Charlotte, NC area in 2019 and lives in Fort Mill, SC. Gollmer enjoys music, crafting and spending time with family.
