Gwynne has devoted her career to representing unions and their members in negotiations, arbitration and before the National Labor Relations Board and other administrative agencies. She advises and strategizes with unions in the areas of collective bargaining, grievance handling, arbitrations, mediation, internal union administrative and constitutional issues. She oversees union litigation and arbitration dockets, providing advice and counsel concerning the effective management of union resources in lawsuits and in arbitration. She also provides sexual harassment training to unions and non‑profits.
