Haley Rubin is a Shopper marketing executive with over 20 years of experience spanning across some of the world’s largest & most recognized brands. Possesses a consistent track record of success by leveraging a balance of relationship building, technical expertise, business strategy, storytelling & selling. In Haley’s current role with SmartCommerce, she is providing thought leadership & overall guidance to CPG organizations around shortening the digital path to purchase by helping them connect relevant consumer media and brand website touchpoints to retailer’s carts with 1-click. She is demonstrating how to leverage today’s digitally engrossed society & evolved impulse purchasing opportunities that now exist within by helping to leverage brand’s digital content to incent a potential purchase.

Haley spent 3 years at Heineken leading the digital shopper marketing media strategy and implementation across the organization. This involved overseeing the effective embedding of digital shopper touch points within all their national, regional, channel and customer level program executions to develop holistic through the line programs. She also led the path to purchase capability agenda across the organization to showcase the power and effectiveness of targeted digital shopper marketing executions that accelerated Heineken USA’s growth.

Prior to HEINEKEN USA, Haley held a variety of roles at Diageo and Pepsi for over 15+ years where she managed many well-known brands in today’s marketplace; Captain Morgan, Johnny Walker, Smirnoff, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Aquafina and Starbucks to name a few. Throughout Haley’s career, she managed commercial marketing executions for on premise outlets such as Taco Bell & Pizza Hut and off premise accounts such as; Walmart, Safeway & Kroger.

Haley has been featured in dozens of publications around the digital success she has helped drive for the organizations she worked for.

Haley holds an MBA from Pace University, White Plains, NY and BA degree from SUNY Oneonta. Haley is a lifelong musician and resides in Stamford, CT with her husband and 3 children.
