Hans Ingram is a seasoned real estate and property management professional based in New York, with over a decade of experience in property management, residential and commercial brokerage, general contracting, and plumbing & heating. He has spearheaded several successful ventures in the property sector.

In 2003, Hans founded a high-end boutique residential real estate firm in Manhattan, where he developed an elite client base that included Wall Street traders, investment bankers, hedge funds, and both domestic and international high-net-worth investors. His firm offered a suite of commercial and development advisory services, adding significant value to due diligence processes for residential buyers, commercial tenants, and developers. By 2008, Hans had grown the firm from a single advisor to a twelve-agent office with sales exceeding $135 million, at which point he sold the business.

In 2009, he co-founded Thomas & Ingram, another boutique brokerage in NYC, which was sold to Town Residential in 2013. Hans played a key role in expanding the company’s reach and success within the competitive Manhattan real estate market.

From 2004, Hans led business development for a high-end property management company, now managing over 200 properties across Manhattan. Recognizing the need for in-house services, he founded both a Plumbing & Heating company and a General Contracting firm in 2012. By 2014, both companies were fully licensed and insured, servicing clients across the city.

Today, Hans works with JSM Project Management, where he collaborates with high-net-worth clients to bring their dream projects to life, with a focus on sustainable development and generational investments. He is currently overseeing multiple projects with a combined value exceeding $1.5 billion.
