Hernandez cut his teeth in real estate during the 1990s as a hands-on investor in the Miami market. Hernandez was the first to develop a luxury condo high-rise with robotic parking; the first to build a condo tower with no parking at all; and a pioneer in the development of projects specifically designed for home sharing and flexible ownership.
