Helen Vanderburg, BPE, is the founder and co-owner of Heavens fitness, yoga and spin studio, author of Fusion Workouts, Commercial Fitness Education Manager for Balanced Body®, and Development & Master Training Team member for BOSU®. She has been recognized numerous times as Canada’s Presenter of the Year by CanFitPro and is the 2018 Lifetime Achievement Award recipient. She has been awarded the IDEA Program Director, Presenter of the Year and the 2018 Top Industry Contributor. Helen’s passion for fitness, health, and wellness has made her recognized as one of Canada’s most influential people and honored with the Women of Vision award. She is the recipient of many industry awards and is an elite athlete as a former World Champion synchronized swimmer and honored member of the Sports Hall of Fame. Helen has consulted for international fitness companies such as Balanced Body®, NIKE, Total Gym®, BOSU®, Nautilus® and Schwinn®, to name a few. She has presented globally for the past 25 years at almost every major fitness conference. Certifications: ACE, E-YRT, AFLCA, CanFitPro.
