Hilary is the is Founder and Chief Go Getter of Sipwell Wine Co., a female-founded and Black-owned award-winning canned wine company. Sipwell is Hilary’s first solo venture, and her inspiration came after having kids and wanting to enjoy a single glass of sparkling wine in the evening, without having to open a whole bottle. She couldn’t find a sparkling wine she liked in a single glass format, so she decided to make it for herself, in a can.

A first-time founder but an experienced marketer, Hilary was the VP of Marketing at Ballast Point Brewing Co. and Constellation Brands, and has over a decade of experience in food & beverage. She also currently serves as a consultant and advisor to emerging CPG brands, and is on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Blood Bank. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Encinitas, CA.

Hilary is WSET Level 3 Certified.
