Michael A. Persky, MD is a double board certified facial plastic surgeon. He has been in practice at the same Encino, CA location since 1985. Dr. Persky is a Los Angeles native. Dr. Persky turned down a professional baseball offer to attend UCLA pre-med. He received his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine, returning to LA County USC Medical Center for his internship and residency in Otolarnyngology-Head and Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has performed thousands of facial aesthetic procedures.

Dr. Persky’s aesthetic philosophy is “No One Should Know” that anything has been done. Facial aesthetics is a combination of art and science. Dr. Persky uses his natural artistic vision, combined with his experience, skill, knowledge of facial anatomy, and training to give his patients natural rejuvenation results.

Dr. Persky has performed face/neck lifts, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, otoplasty, neck liposuction, fat transfer and other surgical procedures. He is also a pioneer in energy based medical devices including lasers, radiofrenquency, focused micro-ultrasound, electro-magnetic muscle stimulation of the body, and fat freezing. Dr. Persky is an expert premiere facial injector of fillers, neurotoxins, and natural collagen stimulators including Sculptra. Dr. Persky lectures at national and international meetings as well as acting as a KOL (key opinion leader) and teacher of advanced clinical aesthetic techniques. Dr. Persky currently limits his practice to non-surgical, non-invasive facial pre- and re-juvenation, though he performs blepharoplasty and otoplasty under local anesthesia in his office. Along with Nicole Kidman, Dr. Persky is the spokesperson for Sera Labs facial skin care products.

Dr. Persky enjoys golf, skiing, swimming, walking his Aussies in the dog park, painting, sculpting, and reading. Along with his wife of 33 years the accomplishments that he is most proud of are their two spectacular daughters.
