Howard Makler is the visionary co-founder and CEO of Innovation Refunds. With a career spanning over 30 years as an entrepreneur, Howard understands the issues facing small businesses and is passionate about advocating for and working to develop services to support the individuals that comprise the backbone of our society.

Aside from his entrepreneurial ventures, Howard was a Professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, University of Shopping Centers for over a decade and has been a guest speaker at Peking and Tsinghua Universities in China.

Howard has served on the Board of Directors for The Skyhook Foundation, a charity founded by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Vice Chairperson for Athletes & Entertainers for Kids, and helped create Shaqtacular for Shaq (Shaquille O’Neal).
