As a Senior Vice President of Strategy, Revenue Growth, and Marketing for Zurvita, Ideneth Vega determines the revenue and marketing strategy for the company and is involved with the brand's look, feel, and tone, including creativity and branding.
Zurvita is a company led by faith that aims to change lives with an easy and accessible way to reach greater health. It creates science-backed, nutrient and vitamin-rich products developed to empower health and happiness that are clinically shown to improve mood and increase productivity. Vega works hand in hand with the Scientific Advisory Board to create and formulate new products and identify opportunities for optimizing current offerings. Vega is an integral part of ensuring that Zurvita is in tune with its values, the company culture, and the quality of the products produced, setting a brand for new generations.
Vega is an accomplished Senior Executive with domestic and international experience. For over 20 years, she has played a crucial role in guiding revenue strategy for innovative growth at both start-ups and established growth organizations. Before coming to Zurvita in 2019, Vega worked for billion-dollar global brand Jeunesse, for Stella & Dot, as well as start-ups like beauty/skincare brand Ever Skincare, S&D fashion brand, and Latin American multinational brand Belcorp while they established their US market.
With a deep understanding of the diversity of multicultural markets, Vega brings her passion for developing people, building strong teams, and curating the community in which they flourish while working to reach across cultural differences to find common ground. Vega started in the industry by helping her mom sell Avon products while she was a high school student. She eventually climbed the ladder to Executive Director and National Trainer at 22 for one of Tupperware's subsidiaries, BeautiControl Cosmetics, in Puerto Rico. She was building a team, working, and traveling while also pursuing her bachelor's degree at the University of Puerto Rico.
