Ingrid is the CEO and Founder of Ingrid Hu Dahl, L.L.C, and a new author. She is a certified coach (International Coaching Federation, ACC) and learning and development expert with 20+ years experience focused on leadership, inclusion and belonging. Her expertise includes executive and team coaching; and, designing learning experiences for women and leaders of color. He aims to align people, clear out the mental or relational mess, focus and simplify, to make both the path and north star clear as possible.
Her career includes a span of working in nonprofit, social justice, academia, public media, financial tech, big tech and retail. These collective experiences a broad range across her coaching and consulting abilities from design strategy and visualization, developing leadership behaviors and scaled experiences, expanding mindsets and behaviors, and influencing a shift in culture. As a mixed race, queer woman of color she believes in supporting the next generation of leaders so that they are set up to thrive, balancing their energy to optimize reciprocity and focus on the communities and resources that fill their cup.
Her background includes a range of small to large scale facilitation, instructional and learning experience design, strategy and delivery. She's co-created award-winning mentorship circles and training in leadership embodiment, neuroscience, rational behavior theory, adult development and learning theory, and positive intelligence. She has co-led large employee resource groups (22,000 members) and curated global events and programs. I have interviewed celebrities Janelle Monáe, Glennon Doyle, Shantell Martin and engaged speakers Maxine Williams, Sheryl Sandberg and Dr. Mae Jemison.
