Inna Solomatina | Source | HR Director at Dynatech

Inna is the Global HR Director of Dyninno Fintech and the HR Director of Dynatech.

She manages HR practices for Dyninno FinTech business in all locations and for Dynatech both in Latvia and India. In this position, Inna oversees global human resources operations and focuses on Dynatech HR operational excellence and best employee experience. She leads in recruitment, assessment, onboarding, succession planning, etc.

Before joining Dyninno Group of Companies, Inna served for one of the leading HR consulting agencies in Latvia, Eiro Personals, for eight years. She implemented different recruitment, assessment, and training projects in Latvia and abroad.

Inna earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Latvia and Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Riga Technical University.
