Iris Bollemeijer is a Nutrition Advisor with International Medical Corps. She has nearly 15 years of experience developing nutrition programs for humanitarian organizations in several countries, including Liberia, Mali, Nepal, Nigeria, South Sudan, Turkey and Zimbabwe. In her current role, Bollemeijer provides technical support to nutrition teams primarily in Asia and East Africa. In addition, she is a principal investigator or team member for several operational research projects. She also contributes to several global nutrition working groups, including the Strategic Advisory Group (SAG) of the Global Nutrition Cluster (GNC) and the Netherlands Working Group on International Nutrition (NWGN). Previously, Bollemeijer worked with the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP). She has an M.Sc. in Public Health Nutrition and B.Sc. in Nutrition and Health from Wageningen University, Netherlands.
