Democrats have really begun to capitalize on their registration advantage and now hold all five state-wide elected offices, including governor, have a majority on the elected state Supreme Court, and hold one of two U.S. Senate seats. That trend, along with the fact that Donald Trump has been the only Republican to win Pennsylvania in a presidential election since 1988, augurs well for the Democrats.
