Jacqueline (Jack) Howard, head of money wellness at Ally, is dedicated to promoting financial wellbeing. Jack’s position is unique as she’s especially knowledgeable in how a person’s upbringing impacts their view of money, and how understanding one’s money story can empower them to make healthier financial decisions. As a passionate advocate for financial social inclusion, Jack focuses on programs that help prepare Brown and Black communities with tools for wealth creation. In her role as head of money wellness, Jack has been featured in HuffPost, PureWow, Katie Couric Media, Essence and more. Previously, Jack served as the senior director of Wealth Advisors Operations for Ally.
Jack is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and the Links Inc. She’s a board member for several organizations, including the Boys and Girls Club of SE Michigan. Jack, a mom of two kids, is a breast cancer survivor, which led to her involvement with Young Survivors Coalition.
