Jai Reddy serves as the founder and CEO of two organizations, LifeLab Kids and JRD Systems.

Jai’s son Arjun was diagnosed with autism in 2009. He and his wife spent years driving around the Detroit area in search of high-quality, consistent care to meet their son’s needs. Jai knew there had to be a better way – and LifeLab Kids was the answer.

In 2019, Jai purchased a church building in Ferndale, Michigan, and began to make his LifeLab Kids vision a reality. He oversaw the renovation to transform the church into a usable space to serve youth of varying developmental abilities. That same year, LifeLab Kids opened its doors. LifeLab Kids not only offers physical, mental, and behavioral therapies that allow kids to grow and achieve new milestones; it also offers elective therapies, such as art, technology and feeding, which allow kids to find new ways to express themselves and develop independence. With an eye to the future, Jai has built an organization that creates a space that meets the needs of children and parents alike, and the demand for its innovative therapies continues to grow.

Jai’s ability to start LifeLab Kids stems from the success of his first business pursuit, JRD Systems. JRD Systems is a technology house providing IT consulting, managed services, technology solutions and full-service staffing and recruiting to startups and Fortune 500 companies across the globe. With more than 20 years of leadership experience providing world-class IT and human capital management solutions tailored to clients across various industries, Jai excels at building and leading strong teams.

Jai leads with humility but is never intimidated by goals. He thrives in situations where he can work with a team to achieve meaningful accomplishments. He is not afraid to push beyond people’s doubts to make a vision come to life.

Jai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Andrews University.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through running, functional training and skiing.
