James brings to Impact XM 17 years of progressively effective leadership and management that reflect innovative organizational development and sound fiscal strategies. He works with Impact clients to recognize better efficiencies through process improvements and implementation.
As Vice President of Client Development, James specializes in new points of distribution and expanding market presence. His experience shows strong focus on data capture and analytics, operations and program management, business-to-business relations and ongoing process improvements for clients and stakeholders. James’ client relations historically yield better overhead and profit margins for clients.
James, a graduate of Blair Academy, holds a BA in Political Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a masters in International Business Administration from Arcadia University and a law degree from Temple University. James currently resides in Doylestown, PA with his wife, Casey, and their three daughters and two dogs.
