Dr. James is a Professor and Interim Chair of Surgery and Chief for the Division of Transplantation and Hepatobiliary Surgery at Rutgers, New Jersey Medical School. He graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He completed his Residency in Surgery and Research Fellowship at Columbia University Medical Center in 2004 which was followed by fellowship training in Multi-Organ Transplantation and Hepatobiliary Surgery also at Columbia.
