Starting my career immediately after completing school, I worked my way through sheer determination and hard work to lead, develop and implement Intelligent Automation (IA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions across banks, telecom and insurance companies. My first stint at automating business processes and deploying a digital workforce within the Co-Op Bank has enabled me to develop my competencies in IA and RPA. As the technical lead, I manage a team of RPA consultants to identify the clients' automation requirements and plan, develop, and implement state-of-the-art automation tools to boost operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction and improve the bottom line.
Though I am a non-technical individual, I am one of the most creative professionals within the automation industry. My creativity has helped me build innovative solutions to address the clients' business problems while establishing and deploying automation best practices. As a hands-on leader, I have fostered healthy relationships with my team members to boost employee productivity, retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.
