An east-coast Nomad, Jane Winchester Paradis was born in New England, raised in Georgia, attended to boarding school in Massachusetts, went to college in Florida and then started her career in fashion in New York City. Jane’s “training” came by way of incredible female bosses – from learning how to make product at Adrienne Vittadini to marketing and public relations at Calvin Klein and Barneys New York. In 1998, Jane launched her first line of accessories, Buzz by Jane Fox. Sold in over 100 retailers over 10 years, Jane designed, produced, and marketed the line. Eventually, she caught the eye of Lilly Pulitzer, who convinced her to move to Philadelphia and launch their accessories collection. During her 12 years at Lilly Pulitzer, Jane launched handbags, jewelry, footwear and then became Fashion Director, where she set the themes and colors for the brand. She ultimately moved into the role of Senior Vice President of Creative Communications and Marketing where she built and led the marketing team through an everchanging digital marketing landscape, connected with consumers through the art-loving prints of Lilly and led the Lilly for Target designer collaboration.

Feeling inspired after attending the 2017 Women’s March in Washington DC with her daughters, Jane realized that she wanted to build something from scratch, something that connected with women, and something that her family could help her build. After 12 years at Lilly Pulitzer, she left to pursue a dream to build a brand that would connect with customers across the country, creating quality, chic, coin jewelry with meaning
behind each piece.

Jane Win jewelry launched in December 2017. The core collection features 10 designs symbolizing abundance of positivity, strength, hope and luck. The design inspiration is the coin jewelry of the early 20th century. The Roma people in Europe created jewelry from their money and it was meant for more than adornment - it was a decorative method of transporting their wealth. Jane realized that her wealth is based on life experiences, so each pendant celebrates a life milestone that makes you…you. The coins allow us to mark an occasion and also have something to hold on to – a physical reminder of a memory or event.

Jane Winchester Paradis currently lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband and five children.
