Jason A. Kestler, has been working in the financial services industry since 1997. Using innovation and determination in his marketing efforts, Jason’s goal is to build the organization every day, ensuring a long and prosperous future for Highland Capital and its representatives.

Jason’s unique management style and outside the box thinking have been featured in magazines such as, Inc., Direct Marketing, Fortune Small Business, and Senior Market Sales. In 2019, Jason decided to invest himself by moving up to Boston for a number of months to attend Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program were he was surrounded by 170 fellow classmates representing 43 different countries. Upon graduating with an AMP certificate and receiving HBS alumni status, he now has a global network of colleagues he frequently works with.

Continuing with his busy lifestyle, Jason is a founding Annexus Group partner, based in Scottsdale, AZ and a founding partner of Market Synergy Group, based in Topeka, Ks. He is currently serving his second term with the National Association of Fixed Annuities. During his first term, he served as NAFA's secretary. He is also the founding Co-Chairman of IMAC. Jason lives in Leesburg, Virginia with his wife Emily and daughter Grace and son Tripton.
