Jason is the Head of Education at Canva. He joined Canva in 2020 after spending the last 17 years at Microsoft in various leadership roles focused on education. In his current role, Jason leads the Canva for Education and Canva for Campus teams. The Canva for Education Team works with K-12 district and school leaders around the world to inspire creativity, collaboration, and visual communication in the classroom and beyond. Meanwhile, the Canva for Campus Team, supports higher education institutions with premium campus-wide rollouts designed to empower students, teaching staff, and campus marketing teams to achieve their personal, work-related, and academic goals. Today, 50 million students and teachers use Canva for education, which is in 600,000 schools. Jason is a lifelong learner dedicated to youth empowerment.
