Jay Patel is the VP & GM of Cisco's Webex CPaaS initiative, joining Cisco when his company was acquired for $730M in 2021. His passions are cemented in technology, economics and social justice. He's actively invested in entrepreneurs with great ideas and even better hearts. Currently, he's working on combining his own communication platform as a service (CPaaS) technologies with relevant Webex assets to create solutions that help his clients deliver the world’s most stellar customer experience journeys. In addition to having served as both an executive and non-executive director on the Boards of private and public companies, Jay enjoys working with entrepreneurs and rapidly-growing technology businesses.
