Jayashree is an accomplished Intellectual Property Attorney with detailed knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotech, legal cannabis, psychedelics and emerging technology sectors. She represents clients in federal court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and International Trade Commission in a full range of patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman actions, Inter Partes Review (IPR) and Post Grant Review (PGR) proceedings and trade secrets disputes.
