Jeff Guillot is a founding partner of Millennial Strategies. At Millennial, Jeff has worked on some of New York State’s most successful, forward-thinking public policy endeavors ushering in the legalization of cannabis in New York State. In the lead up to recreational cannabis legalization in New York, Jeff worked with the Drug Policy Alliance and the Long Island Cannabis Coalition to push for passage of the MRTA. Since the passage of the MRTA, he has built one of the largest books of cannabis business across the tri-state area, using his years of policy and business expertise to navigate the governmental and non-governmental areas of the industry.
Jeff assists clients looking to pursue retail, cultivation, processing and all other license types through the various stages of the licensing and opening process with building necessary local and state government support, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations and advising on the industry landscape and the role politics and government play. He also has worked with several MSOs, including hemp and cannabis beverage companies, on policy and regulation changes in New York and New Jersey. He has become a sought after speaker and panelist in the media and at conferences and trade shows.
