Prior to Agital, Jeff spent nearly twenty years leading a 10X growth journey for a marketing services business now called Material+ (formerly LRW Group). Founded in 1973 and headquartered in LA, the company is now a ~$375MM+ business with 1600 employees in 20 offices. Material+ actively acquired a portfolio of businesses to build a unique, integrated marketing services business with key capabilities in analytics, intelligence and experience for an array of top-tier clients in entertainment, tech, retail, healthcare, and packaged goods. Under Jeff's leadership, the company grew from 100 to 1200 employees with a focus on innovation, people scaling systems, business model transformation, strong organic growth and the acquisition of 10 companies. In 2015, he led a process that secured outside growth capital from Tailwind Capital in NY.

Jeff earned his MA in communication and completed doctoral work in Human Development at Northwestern University. He also holds a B.A. in political science and communications from the University of Kansas.
