Jeff Winner is the Chief Executive Officer of Happy Money. Prior to his appointment in August 2021, he was the Chief Operating Officer where he oversaw engineering, member experience, operations, product, science, and technology. He joined the company in 2020 as the Chief Technology Officer.
Jeff’s experience uniquely unites the benefits of Silicon Valley and Wall Street. Prior to joining Happy Money, Jeff spent two years at Goldman Sachs as the Chief Technology Officer of Marcus, where he led the team building the Apple card and pioneered the first cloud-based Goldman Sachs product. Previous to that, he led engineering teams at a series of Silicon Valley companies, including Stripe and Twitter.
