Jeffrey is the Managing Director of Strategy and Transformation at MorganFranklin Consulting. He leads MorganFranklin’s financial services practice and has extensive consulting advisory experience across leading financial services and technology companies. Jeff is a hands-on, value-focused advisor who helps companies operationalize complex strategies. In recent years, he has advised clients on over $50 billion in M&A transactions and led more than 20 engagements across MorganFranklin’s financial services clients, ranging from small, fintech leaders to Top 10 U.S.-based financial companies. Jeff also advises executive leadership in the areas of regulatory change and adoption, risk management, and complex technology programs.
