Jeffrey Jolton is the Managing Director of Research and Insight at Kincentric. Jeff has more than 20 years of experience working with organizations around the world, providing insights and developing innovative approaches and analyses to support successful workplace transformation programs and talent management initiatives.
Jeff's focus area is: Focus Areas: Assessment-based organization development, including employee (engagement) surveys, leadership assessment and development, and action analysis. Strong applied research and statistical analysis and interpretation skills, including working with very large and complex datasets. Experienced with presenting to executive teams, leading focus groups, and motivating organization-level and team-level change. Over 90 publications and presentations related to engagement, employee experience, job attitudes, and manager/leader effectiveness.
