Jenilee Common was appointed CEO of Erie Home in March 2023, bringing over 20 years of leadership and operational experience in the building and construction materials industry. Prior to joining Erie Home, Common held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Roofing Components at Owens Corning, a global leader in building materials. During her 11+ years at Owens Corning, she played a key role in driving the company's growth and operational success. Earlier in her career, she worked at Eaton Corporation and O-I in various financial and supply chain management roles.

Jenilee holds a B.A. from The University of Toledo and an Executive M.B.A. from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business. Her expertise spans P&L leadership, business strategy, sales, and finance, which makes her a strong fit to lead Erie Home into its next phase of growth as a multi-billion-dollar business. She is known for her focus on delivering best-in-class solutions and building high-performance teams.
