Dr. Jennifer Knowles helps people find possibility, purpose, and passion in their professional and personal lives.

She is an Assistant Professor who teaches Graduate Students Change Management, Organizational Development, Leadership and Research. In addition, she is Founder of Impactful Change, LLC, an author of the children's book, "Awesome Adventures of the Lemonade Boys," and TedX speaker of the talk, "Positively Persevere to Change Your World."

Jennifer has been featured in the WSJ, CBS This Morning, CNN HLN, Fox and Friends with her work as @lemonadestandmama, as she, along with her 3 kids, worked with lawmakers and CountryTime lemonade to get children's lemonade stands legalized in 17 states.
