Jennifer Romanoff has MA in ECE and has been in the field of Early Childhood for 27 years, starting as a teacher and working her way up to where her passion lies—in training others in a fun, interactive, and humorous way. As VP of Education and Training for her company, Jennifer also creates trainings to support best practices, excellence in education and the accreditation process. Jennifer is a CDA instructor as well as the creator of various trainings on developmentally appropriate practices for teachers of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
