I am a global human resources executive experienced in advising and delivering business and people results for growth organizations.

Today, I am an HR Operating Partner for ~20 active portfolio companies in the B2B and B2B2C technology sector focused on FinTech, Digital Health, EdTech and Enterprise SaaS. I am the Board Chairman for two active portfolio companies in the Retail and EdTech space and operate as the COO for both Wildcat Venture Partners and Mohr Davidow Ventures, managing fund administration, investor relations, fundraising, marketing, and partner relations for ~$700M AUM.

Prior to venture capital, I was a global human resources executive in fast-growing technology and financial services organizations including Salesforce, RocketFuel, Electronic Arts, Yahoo, LivingSocial, Lithium Technologies, Putnam Investments and Bank of America. While the core of my expertise is grounded in human capital, I have also led several business functions including customer and sales operations, business intelligence, project management, communications, IT, legal and facilities.

My 20+ years of experience has provided me with exposure to diverse organizational lifecycles that include early stage, hyper growth, globalization, pivots, downsizing, M&A, and shutdowns. I have first-hand experience on what makes those companies successful, along with the lessons learned when scaling for growth.
