As the Director of UX at Prosper Marketplace, I lead a remote team of user experience designers, researchers, and writers. We support an array of personalized financial services designed to advance the financial wellbeing of our users. With over 10 years of experience in UX, I have a strong track record of delivering user-centric solutions that meet business goals and user needs.

Before joining Prosper Marketplace, I managed a remote innovation team of UX designers and researchers at Anthem, Inc., where I scaled the team from two to ten members, formalized design operations, and implemented a dual-agile methodology. We designed and shipped digital healthcare products that serve millions of Anthem members. I have also run my own consultancy business, where I managed product, design, and development projects for various independent clients. Additionally, I have a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, am a member of the Illinois bar, and a have Professional Scrum with User Experience certification from Scrum.org.
