I’m Jessica Hrdlicka, a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care education specialist.
I am passionate about diabetes education and quality diabetes care. I specialize in helping patients lose weight in order to aid in reducing medications, blood glucose spikes and to improve overall health. I have experience working in dialysis centers, acute care facilities and out patient endocrinology offices. I have worked with many patients with PCOS, celiac disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, chronic kidney disease and patients that have undergone bariatric surgery. I excel at creating meal plans, instructing on carbohydrate counting, weight management and conducting workshops on diabetes self management.
