James J. Fox
James is Vice Chair-Elect of the firm and Co-Managing Partner of V&E’s New York office. Jim also serves as a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He is a corporate lawyer whose practice includes private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance. He helps clients navigate the challenges of a competitive landscape, collaborating with them to develop legal strategies to protect against meaningful risk while achieving important business objectives.
