In his leadership role at CMX, Jim Hardeman helps many of the world's leading food, consumer, retail, and hospitality organizations drive safety, quality, and operational excellence. Together with CMX and its partners, he is working to advance comprehensive, end-to-end traceability practices to usher in a new era of food safety. With Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) becoming more regulated, and as consumer demand grows for increased transparency around responsible sourcing, sustainability and food waste, Jim can also speak to best practices for establishing scaleable, brand-wide ESG compliance.
In addition, Jim can offer insights into how brands with multiple retail locations can create consistency not only in terms of food or product quality, but also in terms of the services and experiences they deliver.
Jim brings a 20-plus year leadership track record to CMX, a leading provider of cloud-based Enterprise Quality Management Software. At CMX, he directs and oversees strategy for all software products. His responsibilities include driving product direction, positioning, and marketing.
