Jim Reynolds is the Vice President of Sales for AI-Driven Disinformation Platform Blackbird.AI. Championing a growing team of computer scientists, analysts and other intelligence experts, he is fueling the growth of Blackbird and its framework, the Blackbird 5 Signals®. With two decades of experience in the social listening space, Reynolds has successfully led some of the largest social listening teams in the world and has driven multiple emerging technology companies to industry adoption. His extensive knowledge and experience in global brand engagement, executive sales leadership, strategic partnerships and media relations, is just the mix needed to power the growth initiatives in his current role. Jim is looked at as the in-house subject matter expert responsible for a wide-range of activities including strategy development, analyst relations, staff profiling and hiring coupled with identifying go-to-market and ecosystem partners. Prior to Blackbird.AI he was a founding team member of Techrigy who made the first acquisition in the social listening space. Under his leadership, Techrigy saw a 1500% lift in revenue. As part of the North American launch team at Brandwatch in 2012, he helped drive the revenue from millions to 50+ by the time he left. Most recently, Jim helped scale the North American team at Pulsar Platform with recruiting and launching partner operations.
