As Chief Global Advocacy Officer, I lead Honor as we advocate for older adults and their families, advance a quality care experience globally, and help achieve our vision to change the face of aging.
Serving on the company’s Executive Leadership Team, I oversee our Policy, Legal and Brand Standards divisions. I also lead our thought leadership initiatives to develop and influence aging, home care and family caregiving policy around the world. I am responsible for Home Instead's Health Care Transformation division. I regularly represent Home Instead at global conferences, on panels, in the media and at speaking engagements.
I serve in a number of global leadership roles, including Strategy Officer at the World Economic Forum and WEF's Global Future Council for Health and Health Care. I’ve been selected to work on the federal RAISE Act Family Caregiving Advisory Council, which provides our government with recommendations on how our nation can better support family caregivers. Other organizations I am affiliated with include the Global Coalition on Aging, Women’s Leadership Council for Women Against Alzheimer’s, and Home Care Association of America’s Strategy Committee.
The challenges family caregivers face hits home for me. I’m a mom, and I’ve provided caregiving support to my late father and now to my mother and stepfather who is living with dementia. I want to make the world a better place for my daughter, family caregivers everywhere, and aging adults around the world in honor of my parents.
