Jodi Mesa is the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of Luster, the first AI-powered Predictive EnablementTM technology revolutionizing sales practice. In her role, Jodi spearheads Luster’s product development, having been instrumental in the creation, design, and launch of this groundbreaking technology.

With a background in behavioral and cognitive psychology and a Bachelor of Science in psychology, Jodi has always been fascinated and passionate about education and learning as a catalyst for upward mobility. Her career began in educational software, marketing technology, and consumer packaged goods. However, in recent years, Jodi found her true calling in sales technology. She firmly believes that sales enablement and revenue operations leaders are the unsung heroes of the sales world, and Luster is the answer to revolutionizing coaching solutions across sales enablement.

As a seasoned technology product leader with over two decades of experience, including a decade dedicated to artificial intelligence, Jodi possesses deep expertise in product strategy, digital problem-solving, and transforming user challenges into profitable product portfolios. She has a rich history of supporting startups in the series B stage and previously served as Vice President of Product at Spekit, where she led product strategy, operations, and execution. Before Spekit, Jodi was Head of Product at Ibotta, driving a major strategic shift to the largest CPG rewards platform. She has also held roles at Examiner, Wayin, General Assembly, and more.

Jodi is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and a proud working mom who currently lives in Denver, Colorado.
