Joe Doll serves as the General Counsel for Magic Eden. Joe previously worked at Fenwick & West, counseling several Web3 companies and providing strategic and practical advice with respect to designing complex open-source systems, token ecosystems, and DAOs. Joe was also an associate attorney for Allen & Overy, where he worked in the International Capital Markets group, concentrating on multijurisdictional acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, securities offerings and corporate counseling. Joe is also a co-inventor of decentralized structures and models that are now utilized industrywide and serves as a strategic thought partner to top blockchain projects from around the world. He also has experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in mergers and leveraged buyouts, as well as issuers and financial institutions in debt and equity offerings.
