He's an entrepreneur with extensive knowledge in tech, construction, real estate developments, property restoration, and the insurance claims industry.

A catalyst for innovation, Joe is passionate about using technology to remove repetitive, time consuming tasks and make systems more efficient, profitable and user friendly. That was the drive behind RocketPlan, a company that is streamlining the $650B Insurance Market for Property Restoration Claims by providing a mobile-first SaaS platform, automating workflow and providing data visualization tools to clients worldwide. Back in 2012, he founded Superior Flood and Restoration Inc., which he ran for 7+ years.

Because of his humble beginnings, Joe also believes in giving back to his community. An accomplished speaker and seminar leader, Joe is committed to providing keynotes on topics relating to entrepreneurship, InsurTech and PropTech. He is also actively involved in Covenant House, the Canadian Cancer Society and many other charities. A proud father of an amazing young woman, Joe is passionate about helping homeless youth to rebuild their lives and regain their self-respect.
