I am a psychologist licensed in Texas, New York, and Arizona. My focus is primarily forensic, conducting evaluations for competency to stand trial, criminal responsibility, violence risk, psychosexual, and personal injury. I perform police and public safety evaluations such as fitness for duty, pre-employment, firearm evaluations, workplace and school threat assessment. I also perform undue influence and immigration evaluations. I also provide individual counseling and group counseling. I am a certified clinical traumatologist. Outside of clinical/forensic work, I also provide trial consultation for witness prep, case development, and voir dire. I also provide psychological analysis for the Law and Crime Trial Network and Court TV.
