Reaves joined Milton’s in 2008 as COO and CFO, with over 20 years of leadership in the food industry, including manufacturing, distribution, brands and retail. In his first position at Milton’s, Reaves utilized his experience to guide and inform decisions, and quickly became a successful leader for the brand. Since becoming President and CEO in 2012, John has driven Milton’s transformation with a bold vision, a collaborative team culture, and innovation of award-winning products including Gluten Free Crackers and Crispy Cauliflower Crust Pizzas. His leadership has propelled significant retail expansion into Costco, Target, Whole Foods, and more, positioning Milton’s for ongoing success in the evolving better-for-you CPG industry.
