John Ridgway is the president and CEO of Celtic Realty Advisors, LLC. Celtic is an investment and property management firm established in 2008 that specializes in creating additional value in multi-family projects and providing property management services.

Mr. Ridgway has over 35 years of experience in multi-family property management. He spent 18 years working for 2 of the largest property management companies in the nation, Lincoln Property Company and Pinnacle.

Since 2008, John has been a key principal in the acquisition, management and disposition of 9 multi-family properties totaling 1,200 units, and developed and operates a 108-unit boat and RV storage facility. John currently manages 1,782 multi-family units.

In 2017, John was awarded the National Apartment Association Property of the Year, the Texas Apartment Association’s Bob Ross Independent Rental Owner of the Year, and the Houston Apartment Association Property of the Year. And in 2012, John was awarded the Houston Apartment Association’s Owner/Manager Executive of the Year.

Mr. Ridgway is a past president and director emeritus of the Houston Apartment Association and has held many committee chairmanships and volunteer executive levels at the Texas Apartment Association and National Apartment Association.
