Jon Siegel is the Managing Director of Vista Development Ltd., currently leading the development of the highly anticipated Andaz Turks & Caicos, a landmark luxury resort and residential project on Grace Bay Beach. As Managing Director, he brings a wealth of experience to this transformative project, which combines world-class hospitality with cutting-edge design and investment opportunities.

In addition to his role at Vista Development Ltd., Jon serves as CFO of ProNet Capital, LLC, which he joined in 2004. Over the past 25 years, he has held various executive positions in real estate development. Most notably, he served as Managing Director and CFO for the West Caicos Reserve project, a $1 billion residential and hospitality real estate enterprise, where he continues to serve as a board member.

Jon’s extensive background includes founding and managing The Provo Fund, which made early investments in West Caicos Reserve, as well as serving as Chief Investment Officer for a Cayman-based resort developer. He has also consulted for a Bangkok-based hotel development company. His career began in the brokerage industry, where he worked with firms such as LF Rothschild, Drexel Burnham Lambert, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Jon co-founded the Grand Charter Group and its broker-dealer subsidiary, Prime Charter, Ltd., and later served as Chairman and CEO of Global Capital Markets, LLC and Sutton Online, Inc., a publicly traded provider of online solutions for broker-dealers and individuals.

Jon’s leadership and expertise are instrumental in realizing the vision for Andaz Turks & Caicos as a bold new standard in luxury development in the Caribbean.
