Jonathan Matus is the founder and CEO of Fairmatic, forming the company in 2019. The company specializes in smartphone-powered driving safety analytics and calculates performance-based commercial auto insurance prices.
Prior to creating Fairmatic, he founded ZenDrive, which leverages mobile sensor data to provide actionable insights that improve safety for passengers and drivers worldwide, in January 2013 and acted as its CEO.
In January 2010, Jonathan founded TICG LLC, which offered business and strategy consulting for startups and advisory services to private and institutional investors.
From 2011-2013, Jonathan was the manager of mobile platform product marketing at Facebook where he launched the Facebook mobile platform and grew its footprint. He also launched the company’s mobile install ad products.
Jonathan held a variety of roles with Google from February 2007 to May 2011, including as the product marketing manager of speech recognition and mobile, the product marketing lead of Android for North America and global, and the head of Japan and Asian Pacific product marketing for Android.
Before this, Jonathan was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in 2005.
