Joo Sangrene oversees BluePearl's marketing strategy, leading digital marketing, customer experience, creative services, and pricing. BluePearl Specialty and Emergency Pet Hospital is one of the largest providers of advanced animal care in the U.S. with over 100 hospitals in 29 states. Joo holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to joining BluePearl in 2015, Joo was the Director of Consumer Analytics at Sleep Number. There she created and developed the first consumer analytics function within the organization.

Over an 18-year career as a strategic leader, Joo has been recognized for numerous accomplishments with success in implementing new and efficient systems and expanding avenues of growth, brand awareness, and customer reach.
